Where is your farm?

Our farm is located in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, which is considered one of the most fertile regions in the United States and famous for its Pinot Noir wines. The Willamette Valley is also a major producer of specialty crops including Hops for all you beer drinkers out there. 

We are approximately 45 minutes south of Portland, OR. 

  

When do you harvest each year?

We typically plant the first week of June and harvest during the months of September and October. 

  

What does Certified-Organic mean?

Each year, our farm goes through an extensive independent 3rd. party analysis to ensure that we are abiding by standards that can meet Certified-Organic status. This means no harmful chemicals or pesticides have been used and that only OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute) Certified products are used during the cultivating of our crops. During this process, our soil and plants are tested in numerous locations using tissue-culture practices to ensure that over 200+ pesticides are not present. 

  

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We process all payments through PayPal, so feel free to use any payment you wish that PayPal will accept. For larger Bulk/Wholesale clients, we prefer Bank Wires and/or can also process through PayPal to make it convenient for you. 

  

How much is shipping?

Shipping will be calculated each time you checkout with the expected weight and address. 

  

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Due to our current production and fulfillment schedules, we typically advise (1) week or (5) business days for products to ship to Retail customers and (2) weeks or (10) business days for custom Bulk/Wholesale orders. We are always doing everything we can to expedite orders and get them out as quick as possible, but some times it takes longer than expected so we appreciate your patience. On most bulk orders, orders are produced at the time the order is placed in order to ensure that you are receiving the highest quality product with the longest shelf life possible. If you ever any questions or need an order rushed, just let us know and we'll let you know if we can meet the time-frame or not. 

  

Do your products meet 2018 Farm Bill requirements?

Yes, all of our products are manufactured and formulated to meet the 2018 Farm Bill Requirements of less than .3% Delta9 THC. We can provide independent, 3rd. party lab results and COA's anytime. Just ask and we'll get you a copy of the latest test result. 

  

Are you licensed to cultivate industrial hemp?

Yes, our farm is licensed by the Oregon Department of Agriculture. This is a Certification that we reapply for each and every year. 

  

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or cancelations.

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase or if there is a legitimate defect with the product at the time your order arrives, just let us know and we will do our best to take care of any issues that could have been our fault.

Are your products lab-tested?

Yes, all of our products our independently tested by 3rd. Party Organizations for Cannabinoid and Terpene Profiles as well as Pesticides and Heavy Metals. 

  

Do you provide copies of your COA's (Certificate of Analysis)?

Yes, please just reach out anytime, if not already shown with an existing product on the website.
